Pre-qualification
What we can put behind a submission
Split into what exists today and what does not. If your minimum standard is in the second column, tell us and we will not waste your evaluation time.
Available now
- Companies House registration, verifiable free of charge — number 16319104
- Insurance certificates in the company's own name, sent before you commit to anything
- Written health and safety arrangements, and a named competent person
- CDM duty holder position confirmed in writing before mobilisation
- A construction phase plan before the construction phase begins, shared with the client
- A named contact for the contract, identified in the tender rather than allocated after award
- Method statements and risk assessments specific to the scope, not a generic pack

Not available, and we will say so
- Three years of filed accounts — the company was incorporated on 16 March 2025
- A long list of comparable completed contracts at framework scale
- Any accreditation not shown on the accreditations page
- Client references we have not been given permission to name
- Turnover history covering the ratio some buyers apply to contract value
A young company positioned honestly is easier to assess than an established one that overstates. Everything above is either evidenced or marked as absent — there is no third category on this site. What a PQQ actually asks for sets out the whole assessment if it is useful.
Before you shortlist us
Everything a pre-qualification asks for, set out as it actually stands rather than as we would like it to.
