Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than from someone else's, which is a performance decision as much as a privacy one — but the privacy benefit is real.

What happens when analytics is switched on

ATR intends to use Google Analytics 4. GA4 sets cookies that are not strictly necessary, which under PECR means consent is required before they are set rather than a banner that appears afterwards. The site is already built that way:

• The analytics script is not requested until consent is given
• Declining is one click, the same size and on the same screen as accepting
• The site works identically either way
• Your answer is remembered so you are asked once, and can be changed from this page
• This page will list each cookie, its purpose and its lifetime

Controlling cookies in your browser

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings. Nothing on this site depends on them, so blocking them will not stop anything working.

Forms

Our enquiry forms do not use cookies. They record the time the form was loaded, in a hidden field, purely to filter automated spam — that value is submitted with the form and is not stored on your device.
