Terms of use
The terms covering this website. Terms for construction work are separate and form part of your written quotation.
Website terms only. Contract terms for construction work — payment, variations, retention, guarantees, dispute resolution — are a separate document and need drafting properly for the types of contract ATR takes on.
Who these terms are with
ATR Developments Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 16319104, registered office 383 Whitehall Road, Wyke, Bradford, BD12 9DP.
Nothing here is a quotation
The information on this website is general guidance. Timescales are typical ranges and no prices are published anywhere on it, because construction costs depend on the property, the ground and the specification. A quotation exists only when we have visited the site and issued one in writing.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current. Where something has not been confirmed yet it is marked as such rather than filled in with a plausible guess. If you spot something that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Content
The text and design of this website belong to ATR Developments Limited unless stated otherwise. Photographs identified as ATR projects document our work and must not be used to represent that work as your own.
Area guides also include separately credited location photographs. These show local places, not projects carried out by ATR. Each has its own photographer, source and licence, linked beside the image. Those photographs and their resized copies remain available under the stated licences; this website’s copyright notice does not replace those terms.
Links
Where we link to another website we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general guidance published here rather than on a written quotation issued for your project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
