A frontage, shared stair or retained structure may shape the scheme before partitions and finishes are selected. Record which parts remain occupied during the work.

DECISIONS TO RESOLVE

1. Coordinate the interior with the frontage
Show signage, glazing, ventilation outlets and entrance changes on elevations as well as plans. Check the applicable council and listing information before treating them as minor additions to an internal fit-out.
